Cool hotel. Nice clean rooms. Responsive staff. I had a problem with paying by card, everything was resolved.

Just the rooms not insulated, so it all depends on your neighbor, for us it was good.

Hôtel très mal isolé, accueil plus que moyen, sans parler de la nourriture. Je n'ai jamais mangé aussi mal de ma vie. A éviter absolument. C'est même une honte que Campanile accepte de laisser comme cela!! Une inspection me semble plus qu'utile avant une fermeture!

La recepcionista me ha dado de inicio una habitación para minusválidos por error donde no había separación dentro del baño. pedimos para cambiarlo para un normal pero nos ha causado un transtorno por cargar y descargar las maletas

Personnel plutôt sympa dans l’ensemble. Les chambres sont propres ainsi que les salle de bains. Par contre l’isolation est à revoir, c’est juste insupportable à ce stade là… entendre la conversation des voisins d’à côté a 1h du matin non merci !!

Visited for 2 nights July 2024. First impressions, very impressed. Location, rooms compact but good value as very clean and comfortable. short distance to Strasbourg by train and very close to railway station. Relaxing but there seemed to be a succession of extremely angry people pacing up and down the communal balcony during my stay. Felt safe in my room but locked my door tight.
