The facility was nice and clean.
But the receptionist's attitude was terrible.
It's my fault for not being able to speak English, but they were just giggling even though I was trying my best to explain.
There was a man and a woman there, and they looked at each other and laughed. When I left, they burst out laughing.
It was sad.
I think the satisfaction of a trip is determined by the people you interact with, rather than where you go.
My memories of Strasbourg became sad ones.
The facility itself was good, but if the people were bad, I won't stay there again.
I realized how much the quality of the staff affects how you feel during your stay.

Me equivoqué al solicitar la fecha de entrada para una noche, puse la misma fecha, casi media noche era… en la que estaba reservando por error y no quisieron devolverme el dinero.
Nunca recomendaría este sitio ya que han preferido quedarse el dinero de una noche que no he utilizado que devolverlo

Booking during christmas market period, so hotel price is so high and another choice was fully booked. You NEED to check in on 3pm only even if I could check in before check in time in Paris.... but they have luggage locker but not free of charge.
Room is clean, new and very big. Location is far from tram and bus (10 mins walk). I take the tram to central station for going to other city, tram is always delay :( it stop on the way then I missed the train ;( Recommend to book the hotel near main train station !

Was there one night. Conveniently located. Comfortable mattress, I slept well. A little disappointed by the lack of a kitchen or I did not find it.

I stayed here for one night during a solo trip around Europe.
It's about a 10-minute tram ride from Strasbourg station and a 5-minute walk away, so it takes about 15 minutes, and it was easy to find the hostel from the nearest tram station.
It's also one of the cleanest European hostels, and the cleanliness and convenience of the showers in particular was far superior to other hostels.
The staff were also very friendly, and the tarte flambée in the bar was delicious, so be sure to try it for a late-night snack.
Overall, I think this is a great hostel that I would recommend to anyone who is traveling abroad or staying in a hostel for the first time.

I arrived very early in the morning because I got off the bus in the early morning and it was quite dark and cold outside. I was greeted by the night shift staff and given a place to leave my luggage and use the bathroom, as well as a place to rest in a warm atmosphere until dawn and I could go out and explore the city and come back to check in on time.
