Another great stay at this wonderful B&B, Martin and Maria are great hosts, the room was clean and tidy with hot drinks available and even a fridge which was handy, the en suit was spacious and a great shower to, the breakfast was large and filling with plenty of choice, there is plenty of , off road parking and is conveniently placed near to the centre of Stratford. I can highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

A lovely welcome, beautiful house, large room, plenty of room for 4 adults, ensuite, TV, tea/coffee making facilities. Large TV with Netflix etc. Lovely breakfast, freshly cooked, cereal and yogurts, Close to bars, restaurants, shops, all in walking distance.

A great place to stay . Clean & modern with on site parking. 10 minutes walk into town along the old tramway.great breakfast to set you up for the day & really pleasant owners.highly recommend

Martin and Maria were so friendly and really made you feel welcome. We stayed in a lovely family room overlooking the garden. You could choose your breakfast for the next morning with lots of options and they were all very tasteful. We would recommend staying here!

We spent two nights at this lovely cosy B&B which is only about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Check-in was easy and swift, with everything explained to us. We were in room one which was a small but very comfortable room with a view overlooking the small garden. It was quiet and very pleasant. The breakfasts were Very good, particularly the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs which kept me full until my evening meal. It was our 40th (Ruby) wedding anniversary on the second day and it was a wonderful way to spend it looking round the local sights and knowing we had a nice place to come back to. I’d recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our first stay at Avonpark House although friends have stayed several times. A pretty room and absolutely spotless throughout. Excellent and generous breakfast with friendly service from Martin. Easy stroll into town centre and the theatres. Parking on site a real bonus. Thank you Avonpark.

Great little B&B. Lovely welcome, very accommodating. Place was spotless. Room has a HUGE bed, which was so comfortable. Breakfast was enormous, you certainly wouldn’t be hungry by the time you’d tucked into it. The room was well equipped with a hairdryer, seating, vanity mirror with magnifier, fridge for your beer and plenty of tea and coffee. Very convenient for town and free parking. All in all what a great discovery 😊

A clean well organised small hotel, family run, hospitable and efficient. Excellent breakfast and not too noisy. A lovely stay for a short break Maria and Martin have done a great job and I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Stratford Only a five minute walk to the town centre
