Our dinner and experience were perfect in every way. Ben and Alisha looked after us so very well, friendly and efficient. I had the 16oz sirloin and my wife had the 16oz rib eye. Both were cooked to perfection and really tasty. We shared a sundae which was delicious. Good value for money, made even better by a January discount! We have booked to return for Sunday lunch and look forward to it very much.

We actually had a very good stay here with comfortable rooms and excellent dinner and breakfast (although they seemed to be rather understaffed at breakfast time). What marred the experience was that our room did not have any hot water in the shower and the towel rail did not work. A staff member came to check it out and put the problem down to low pressure in the system, made a few tweaks and said it should be OK within half an hour. It wasn't. So I would say beware of Room 9 at the end of the corridor if you like a good shower. We were told we could use the shower in another room at the other end of the corridor but you have been warned!

Interesting and well maintained building, with reference to its history in the decorative details, highlighting special features. The attention to detail in the room made the stay more comfortable. For example, a phone size shelf next to the bed, with plug socket underneath, for charging mobile. The room and ensuite were sparkling clean, and well laid out. The evening meal and breakfast were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely relaxing stay. It was so good I have booked another visit.

It was our first time at Broom Hall and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were really accommodating and spotless. We had an evening meal and the food was fabulous. Would highly recommend Broom Hall and we will definitely be back.

A fantastic place to stay . Staff friendly and the food and ambience is excellent. We had cottage 1. Was beautiful with a large comfy bed. Bedroom was very hot but as the bedroom is in roof space that is unavoidable. Fans were provided. The only downside is that you hear the mascerators working which does make it difficult to sleep if you’re a light sleeper . We would certainly recommend and will definitely be back in the future .

The Hotel is amazing, lovely and friendly, beautifully clean and tidy . We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both excellent. Our rooms were lovely and very well equipped, would definitely stay again and recommend you try it!
