房間非常乾淨，洗手間都沒有一點味道。夫婦兩人都非常熱情，可以中文溝通。早餐是是現做的，很美味。房間大小和設施完全滿足住宿需求。門前院子可以停車，大概有5個車位。旁邊就是加油站。到的時候就是挨着加油站的第一間屋，不要走過了。距離town center步行10來分鐘。停好車可以在鎮子裏隨便逛。樓梯有點陡，但是老闆很熱情的幫忙提箱子，一點沒有感覺不方便。

Wonderful owners, friendly and so welcoming, nothing was too much all you have to do is ask. Fantastic breakfast and immaculate bedroom. Clean throughout and plenty of coffee and tea in the bedroom. Comfortable bed and we loved the shower.

This is a super little Guest House within easy walking distance of the town of Stratford on Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. We felt very safe walking back from the theatre late at night, in well-lit streets (about 12 minutes walk). Parking in Straford was surprisingly easy and resonable if you wished to drive in. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hostess was lovely. A really good breakfast is included in the price, including a vegetarian option. I can't recommend this Guest House too highly.

Pro: camera pulitissima, con tutto il necessario, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, 5 minuti dalle fermate bus principali e stazione treni (via scorciatoia), accetta tutte le carte, anche Amex. Contro: stanza piccola anche se ben organizzata; colazione poco varia (solo versione inglese classica, sempre stesse marmellate, stessa, frutta e stessi yoghurt), chiede pagamento all'arrivo.

Lovely little guesthouse. Others may be a block or two closer to the old town, but we were fine to walk the extra distance. Host was helpful and kind to us, even upgrading our room, and the breakfast was tasty and substantial.
