Salford Hall Hotel

Well our 60th Birthday Party seriously went with a swing last night, Saturday 16th November. Planning of the event with Lizzie and Ellie was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. The room looked magnificent, food delicious and all staff so attentive and helpful. If you are looking to hold a birthday party, wedding, or smaller get together then do,not hesitate in choosing Salford Hall as your venue. Thankyou team for a wonderful evening. Jane and Richard

i went today to receive a spa treatment. I had an Indian massage the therapist was very good and explained everything before she did it . The pressure was on point and the therapist obviously knows what she doing she sets the mood with lovely calming music i came out feeling very relaxed and so happy that i came thank you for everything was amazing and will definitely be coming again

The room was good but the dining experience wasn’t great ! The staff tried to convince us that our steak was a fillet steak even though it came with a massive bone on ! Wasn’t cooked to our requirements so they had another go and we finally ate our main after an hours wait.Funnily enough the second steak came with no bone and was the shape you would expect of a fillet steak. Staff shouldn’t treat customers in the way we were treated , which at times was aggressive as I said over and over that we had not been served fillet steaks , I do know my food Would struggle to find a reason to return , and I’m a Karma member Peter G

Wonderful venue for a quiet vacation. Karma Salford Hall is near the Evesham station (not too far off from Birmingham). The nearest great spot for tourist attraction is the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford upon Avon. The resort arranged for a Guided Tour there. We could also participate in a live show of Shakespeare's plays at his house.

We had a wonderful stay at Karma Salford Hall for our anniversary. The staff were attentive and treated us brilliantly throughout our time there. Lizzy & Ellie went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special- thank you both so much!! We stayed in the Anne Boleyn room overlooking the courtyard and the main hotel, which was beautiful. The room was spotless, amenities were plentiful and decor was very stylish. I would definitely recommend this room! In the evening, we ate in the restaurant, which served great food and had an extensive wine list. We had the house red and it was lovely! The ambience of the hotel was very inviting and the historic features were not only interesting but beautiful too. I would definitely recommend staying here for a night away; it’s beautiful, the staff are attentive and there are some excellent outings and walks nearby.

We had our wedding here on 10th October and to say we are thrilled with our experience is an understatement. From the beginning of our wedding journey we were met with professionalism, smiles and friendly faces. Karma salford hall have flexible and genuine staff who cannot do enough for you. With no hidden costs, delicious food and historic yet chilled surroundings there cannot be a better place to host a wedding. Ellie took us through all details and held our hands through some of the biggest moments of planning with patience and humour. As the first person we had contact with regarding the wedding she had a big role and she was excellent. Lizzy steered us through the wedding day with a cool, calm exterior and friendly face. Although she had the longest, busiest day there was no lapse in professionalism, enthusiasm and organisation. We are endlessly impressed with her ability to make us feel at ease whilst working so many moving parts that happen during a wedding day. Nothing was too much to ask and we are so grateful. We had many compliments on the food. All through the day different people came and told us how delicious, hot and beautiful the food was. The evening food was met with the same high quality and served well. Unfortunately there will not be enough space to individually thank all of the staff, however, we would like to thank all of you for your input to our day. It was wonderful to see all of your smiling faces, efforts made to help us get the marquee decorated and Polaroid photos you left for us You're all fabulous. We will be back ❤️
