Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Tolles Ambiente ja, freundliches Personal ja, aber ein stickiges hellhöriges Zimmer mit durchgelegener Matratze, der Kaffee am Morgen kaum trinkbar... Und dummerweise sind die Matratzenqualität und das Klima im Zimmer, die nächtliche Ruhe, für mich das Wichtigste!

Wow, where do we start?! We had our wedding here on June 29th and we are still on a high three days later!! The team gave us a the best day of our lives as well as reassuring a nervous bride along the way. The service, the food and the whole team just made our day perfect. Fantastic place . Would be a 5 for everything but (and it's no fault of the hall ).....the room above has super squeaky floor boards and it was gone 2 when it was quiet to sleep through them moving around .....I can't really complain as it was my sister🤣 ..... And we'd returned together from wedding reception at same time 🤣

We had a super stay at Karma Salford Hall. We took part in the Summer Fayre that was on. The BBQ food was amazing and there was plenty of wine to accompany the food. There was also a gin bar with lots of accompaniments. There were lots of things to entertain the children and a rodeo ride for adults, which I managed to stay on for 2 seconds. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff who did a great job looking after us all. See you again soon X x

Stayed here previously as we were attending a party. This was our second visit and definitely the last! Stayed B&B again and whilst the room was nicer (double the price too), you could hear people in the rooms next door and above! The breakfast was dreadful! Insufficient staff for the number of guests dining. No-one checking, replenishing or monitoring the self service buffet supplies so guests chasing around looking for staff to advise running out of bread, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon etc. The fried eggs were appalling - crisp and black underneath and almost raw on top. The bacon looked like it had been left cooking for hours and the sausages were undercooked. There was only one slow toaster to make your own toast and people queuing to use it. As supplies were being brought from the kitchen, there was not enough to feed the growing queue so some people had to continue to wait again until the next lot came out. Absolutely diabolical. If you have to come here as a guest at a wedding or some other event, I would recommend not staying here. There is a first class inn within a couple of miles that knocks the socks off this place, is cheaper, and fabulous - Broom Hall Inn.

We had stayed here a while back which was great, we returned recently but things seem to have gone downhill. The food wasn't up to previous standard, breakfast particularly poor. The staff were OK however the management proved to be non existent. There was a loud rotund lady who appeared to be in charge but seemed more interested in having audible conversations behind the reception area and openly berating her colleagues. The hotel is generally nice and has a lot of character but the lack of any real hospitality professionalism really let's it down. We won't be returning and I won't be interested in the generic response from the management on here either.

We stayed at the Salford Hall for 4 Nights as part of a promotion by the Karma Group, we had a lovely time at the Hotel but it was not without it's issues. The first problem was that the first room we were put in (even though I had emailed the Hotel to explain that we are light sleepers) was the noisiest room we have ever stayed in, we could hear everything occurring in the room above and to the side. When I complained we were moved from the Courtyard room to a room in the Main building which was much better but we still lost one nights sleep which is not great start. My other complaint was that on the outside steps leading to the rooms was a Pile of cigarette butts which you had to step over to get to the room which was not very attractive. I informed reception on 2 occasions about the issue, but the butts were still there after 4 Nights which was very disappointing. The rooms are lovely, a bit small but well stocked with Tea coffee etc. and the Hotel has a certain charm about it. It is a great base from which to explore but we felt that the advertised prices for the rooms are definitely not worth it. We ate at the hotel on one occasion which was ok but not exceptional, the best meal by far we had during our stay was at the Broom Hall Alcester which was excellent.

Held our wedding here June 2024, the most incredible location. The staff were fantastic from start to finish answering questions and giving us options to make our day everything we imagined. Lizzy and Ellie are a credit to the team and were pivitol to the day running flawlessly. The food was brilliant and complimented by many of our guests as well as the helpfulness and approachability of all staff. We are sad our day is over but are very much looking forward to being able to go back and visit the venue for dinner and reminisce.

We wedding at Karma Salford Hall in June 2024 and it was amazing. Throughout the planning process we were very impressed by the support of Ellie. She was really helpful throughout the day and made us to feel so at ease all day. The marquee looked amazing and Ellie was so helpful. We were lucky enough to get married outside in the beautiful garden and the food for wedding breakfast was so good our guests are still talking about it. We would recommend Karma Salford Hall to anyone looking for there perfect wedding venue.
