An extremely nice hotel. Great room with very good air con. Very well located. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Very highly recommended for a stay in Stratford.

An absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is situated in an idyllic position with the RSC Theatre directly opposite on the banks of the Avon. What really made the trip was the incredible colleagues of the hotel who were so accommodating throughout. We loved our stay. Thank you so much.

酒店環境還不錯，晚餐也很美味。就是沒有電梯，有很多樓梯要爬，行李多的話衹能讓酒店服務人員幫忙。被子有點舊有點薄了，其他設施還行。

The hotel environment is not bad, and the dinner is delicious. There is no elevator, and there are many stairs to climb. If you have a lot of luggage, you can only ask the hotel staff for help. The quilt is a bit old and thin, but other facilities are OK.

Booked for colleagues, colleagues on business trips. The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, it is convenient for eating and walking. The room is clean and tidy, the price is right, cost-effective.

We stayed here 3 weeks ago and wanted to bring friends from Scotland to visit Stratford this last weekend, but unfortunately the Arden was fully booked. We came for dinner, as we knew how good it had been when we were guests. All I can say is fabulous! The restaurant & bar staff were all so pleasant & attentive.  Alex was one of our waiters and has to be one of the funniest guys I’ve ever met - he read that our group had a sense of humour & made us all giggle. He’s a massive credit.  The food was just ace, and I definitely recommend the scallops to start, and the Ribeye.  We’ll definitely be back, thanks all 🙂

This hotel is surprisingly good, opposite the Shakespeare Theatre, out of the Swan Lake on the River Avon, very beautiful, the hotel has free parking, breakfast is order but very delicious, the hotel room is very winding, each room is There is a specific name. The aisle is like a maze. It is very complicated. There is no elevator. I really don't understand. In addition, check in the front desk is in the back door, through a door, walk through the restaurant to get to the front door, in addition to the design is a bit strange, the other is very good, the location is very good.

Visited for afternoon tea whilst on a day trip to Stratford Upon Avon, I had to phone a few times for various reasons before we actually visited and each time my calls were handled in a polite and friendly manner, when we visited, all of the members of the Arden Hotel that we came into contact with were very welcoming and again, friendly and polite. The afternoon tea was lovely and served in their beautiful venue. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Arden Hotel to others.
