The staff were excellent. Friendly, approachable and accommodating. One of the staff parked her car elsewhere to let us have the lot. Thankful for her service and assistance.

Estuvimos alojadas en una habitación triple con LAS TRES CAMAS de igual calidad, circunstancia que pocas veces se encuentra en los hoteles. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y solícito a nuestras peticiones. La habitación disponía de un baño renovado, sencillo pero muy completo. La ducha era de plato con una presión de agua caliente muy buena. el desayuno incluía fruta fresca, tostadora, todo tipo de repostería, etc etc siendo el personal que nos atendía extraordinariamente amable y solícito. La señora de la limpieza de la habitación siempre se mostró muy atenta y colaboradora.
La distancia al centro de Stresa es de unos 12 minutos que se hacen cómodamente andando.
Recomendaría este hotel!!

Very friendly staff and good location - would request a lake view room next time, as the road is quite noisy at night. Buffet breakfast is excellent and caters for all tastes, with quick service on hot drinks too, so no losing time waiting around.
Dinner is good value and great quality, but the menu is limited in scope - there are plenty of restaurants within a 20 minutes walk though.
Excellent spa shower and comfortable room. Plenty of sockets in useful locations for charging phones etc. There is a fridge in the room, so you can chill your own drinks, rather than an expensive mini bar too!
Great location with buses to Arona and Orta etc. less than a 5 minute walk. Carciano is just over 5 minutes with frequent ferries to the islands or further afield. The train station is around 15-20 minutes walk, but was closed for maintenance while we were there.

Hôtel très satisfaisant, Le service et la prestation sont de qualité. Nous avons chaleureusement été accueillis par l’aimable monsieur William ( qui est plein d’humour ). Nous n’avions pas déjeuné ni dîné mais le petit déjeuner était très qualitatif et complet. Les chambres et les douches sont très propres et agréables. Un très bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel !! Merci !

Petit hotel bien situé avec parking. Chambre correcte mais manque équipements dans la salle de bains (rideaux de baignoire pour eviter les inondations) et pas bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner varié. Personnel sympathique et accueillant mais parle peu français !

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Stresa. Staff could not have been more helpful. Special mention to William who did everything he could to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Great breakfast and great meal in the hotel restaurant. Look forward to coming back.
