Lovely 4 day break
Lovely 4 day stay. We stayed in a lake view dual aspect room that was recently decorated and had an extremely comfortable, large bed. Great shower in a newly refurbished bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was efficient. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the main part of Stresa where the ferry port is situated. The view from our room was beautiful and we would stay again.

Das Zimmer war in einem anderen Gebäude. Gross aber es stank nach Schimmel. Das Personal war höflich aber nicht Gastfreundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es das notwendigste, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man hat gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fantastic family hotel!
Really lovely family hotel set just back from the main promenade in Stresa. Beautiful gardens and a really well kept and well run hotel. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The pool area is secluded and very well managed. Our room was perfect, with a large terrace that had views of the lake and was bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Perfect!

Posto molto bello, lo consiglio
Sin dall’accoglienza ci siamo trovati bene. Il regalino di un album da colorare con le matite ha reso felice la nostra bambina che poi si è goduta la piscina (consiglio: tenete un paio di salvagenti o tavolette o braccioli per i bimbi di genitori sbadati come noi!). Molto bello anche il parco, comodissima e pulita la stanza e il bagno. Posizione ottima forse può migliorare un pochino la selezione del tipo di salumi a colazione, peraltro molto buona. Personale attento e gentile

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in Stresa im Familienappartement des Hotel La Fontana.
Die Unterkunft war sehr groß, der Pool top und das Frühstück hervorragend.
Wir konnten am abreisetag bis 13uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben, was sehr gut war und das Auto sogar noch länger stehen lassen.
Einzig der Weg in die Stadt war bei 32 grad etwas müheselig.
