"It was very good location. The breakfast was not that good, pretty simple options. There was an issue with the payment that the sir in the reception was not helpful, and made us pay the room even though I payed with trip already. He was not nice, but trip costume sirvice was amazing and I got refunded."

Die Zimmer sind gut , fehlt leider Kaffeemaschine , ist aber top sauber.

"Hotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby."

"Estuvimos alojadas en una habitación triple con LAS TRES CAMAS de igual calidad, circunstancia que pocas veces se encuentra en los hoteles. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y solícito a nuestras peticiones. La habitación disponía de un baño renovado, sencillo pero muy completo. La ducha era de plato con una presión de agua caliente muy buena. el desayuno incluía fruta fresca, tostadora, todo tipo de repostería, etc etc siendo el personal que nos atendía extraordinariamente amable y solícito. La señora de la limpieza de la habitación siempre se mostró muy atenta y colaboradora.
La distancia al centro de Stresa es de unos 12 minutos que se hacen cómodamente andando.
Recomendaría este hotel!!"

"It's very comfortable and nice. It's like staying in a palace. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The restaurant inside is also delicious. The price is not expensive, only 1,000 per person. The spa inside is very good."

"The residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you."

"On arrival we (5 adults, children aged 4 and 6) were surprised by the amazing view. We had two floors with an interconnection, ideal for our situation. All amenities were present, fine. It is noisy, downstairs you could hear the shifting of chairs upstair"
