READ THE SMALLPRINT! DESPUTE raised with *******, who are kindly refunding me after waiting for my direct bank transfer safety deposit back of £250 green apartments made me pay before I could check in 1 month ago. Others checking in were also baffled by being asked for this. No communication from them now for 3 weeks. My own bank had never heard of this method of securing a room before. Otherwise, basic apartments very spacious.

Hey there! I recently stayed at this apartment for a day and wanted to share my experience. The apartment was really spacious and budget-friendly, which is great. However, there was a bit of noise coming from the corridor or maybe from upstairs, I'm not entirely sure. But despite that, I still think it was worth my money. Overall, I had a good stay, though the deposit amount was a bit high. I am still waiting for my refund, so I hope to receive it soon. Thank you for your help!

Every single attempt to communicate with them was totally ignored. 13 phone calls, 3 texts and 5 messages through the messaging portal. We were told that someone would greet us upon arrival. Spent over an hour loitering about until I angrily tried the front door and found the staff myself. I was also told that they only provide cutlery and crockery, not cooking utensils, pots or pans. They knew there were three of us staying, and yet they thought it wise to provide two towels. No WiFi. No markings on the hob, we just had to guess. There is a £10 daily parking fee, which they don't advertise and try to sting you for upon arrival. Was asked to give a £250 refundable deposit but never saw it again. Worst customer service ever! Thieving *****. Do not stay here. You have been warned.

A spacious apartment. Clean and tidy, although there was a small amount of damage already.
