Esperienza pessima ho dormito in una specie di materasso che chiamarlo così è un eufemismo… meglio definirlo la spalliera di un divano al quale sono stati tolti i bottoni. Chiamo il titolare per lamentarmi dai dolori alla schiena e mi dice che avrebbe verificato se cambiarmi stanza o il materasso… dopo 2 ore scopro che i letti sono tutti così e che al massimo mi potevano trasferire su un divano letto… richiamo il titolare lamentandomi del fatto che dopo 2 ore non avevo avuto notizie e mi sento dire che fa questo lavoro da 50 anni…( evidentemente molto male) e che mi avrebbe preso il materasso da un’altra stanza al quale avrebbe rifilato il mio… assurdità!!! Me ne sono andata! In un luogo del genere non puoi dire che questa sottospecie di materassi sono biologici… neanche una pensione ha questi letti…

Un posto incantevole che mi ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo di Stromboli, a due passi dalla spiaggia l’appartamento e’ ben arredato, la colazione inclusa offriva una grande varietà di dolci e di salato. Stupenda la terrazza dell’appartamento che la sera offriva uno scenario da sogno sia del tramonto e sia del vulcano. Personale impeccabile, cordiale e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente ❤️

Posto incantevole a due passi dalla spiaggia di Ficogrande, vista del vulcano dai terrazzi che ti regala flash Rossi di luce a schiarire il cielo, la cortesia del personale e della proprietaria regalano una vacanza da sogno. 10 e lode!!!!!

Loved this hotel. Stayed 3 nights as a family (couple with 2 teens). Beautiful apartment with character. Amazing ocean and volcano views from private terraces. Loved the small but charming swimming pool. Steps from the black sand beach and easy walk to town. Great breakfast brought to room each morning.

Un luogo di eccellenza, costruito con accuratezza, la bellezza dei particolari si sposa a una raffinata ambientazione, tra mare e vulcano in lontananza. Quando si sta davvero bene è difficile definirlo senza scadere nel letterario e questo è il caso . Provo comunque a spiegarmi: ogni giorno camere pulite a fondo, colazione abbondante, le signore del personale sempre gentili, pazienti, attente. La proprietaria, una presenza luminosa e anche lei attenta a ogni esigenza del cliente. Ci si sente a casa in poche ore. Unico grosso difetto: la grossa nostalgia una volta rientrati nella vita di tutti i giorni. Perché al Gabbiano davvero ci si sente al riparo.

The apartment was clean and simple with all the basic facilities. The staff were lovely and very helpful and patient with our limited Italian. The pool was beautiful. The location was great...not too far to walk anywhere but still quiet. The reason why 4 out of 5 was the beds were very hard and our bed was two beds put together that were slightly different heights. The showers were very small and there wasn't always somewhere to lie by the pool should you want to.
