No shampoo, no water , rooms smell bad, nothing good at all in this hotel except the location

The hotel doesn’t do laundry for it’s been broken for 2 weeks.

I was going to take a shower at 4 a.m. when I turned the water on , it was black! I was so disgusted. The water never got warm/hot. Upon check-in, we were informed that the elevator gets stuck often, so it's best to take the stairs. You get what you pay for i guess. Never again.

The room is old, but big.

Booked king room, got put into a double queens. Lady at front desk offered a king about 2hrs after I was in room. Didn’t use pool because it was closed .

Location of the hotel way great for our needs. Check on was fast and simple since we prepaid for the stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel was better than the another hotel we just stayed in prior to our arrival. We did not eat in the restaurant so I can't comment on the food. I would stay here again when we come to Strongsville.

Wifi doesn't work well, weak signal only covers front desk

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. One elevator was out of order, so it created a bit of a walk to the other one & reach the room. Room was very clean & nicely decorated. Bathroom had prevous water damage not well repaired and shower faucet was broken. Staff was receptive to the need for maintenance. Would stay again if in the area. Price was great.
