A really accommodating and comfortable hotel. Ideally placed and lots of secure parking. Friendly and attentive staff, great value. I have food allergies which were catered for efficiently and without fuss. Thanks to Emma and Clare. Will be back!

The hotel and staff where amazing and very polite and welcoming. We ate both nights in Nelson brewers fayre and was amazing. Great value for money and will be coming back. All staff helpfull and cater for any request. Partner had festive dinner last night and was beautiful and would recommend it great value for money.

Room was very good, blackout curtains great bed and nice Samsung TV, but if you want to watch any of the streaming services you have to pay for faster broadband. Food on the other hand was below average, cold chips and yellow peas that had been either reheated from previous day or sat all day in a Bain Marie. Won’t be returning

Stayed overnight last night en route from Sheffield to Paignton. Having stayed last year, we knew what a nice hotel it was, albeit not the easiest to find. We were allocated room 119 which was larger than most Premier Inn rooms we have stayed in before . Bed very comfortable and room great, however the position of the toilet tissue dispenser in the bathroom could be better. Dinner and breakfast both lovely.

Card machine wasn’t working and receptionist wanted us to fill in our card details on a piece of paper for when they could put them through! Didn’t like that, at all. So husband went to Tesco next door and drew some cash out instead. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi from our room 119 and also the hot water didn’t come through unless you let the tap run for literally 5 mins !!! Very noisy room with people outside talking and laughing until quite late below the window and noisy cars zooming around with blowy boy racer exhausts. Only one flat pillow each which wasn’t very comfortable! The toilet roll dispenser was the other side of the bathroom from the toilet so if you are short you had no chance of reaching it whilst sat on the loo ???

I enjoy my stays with this hotel, but my favourite part is the lovely receptionist. Warm welcome, polite and quick with any requests.

Fabulous hotel the family room was a decent size and everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the service at breakfast the staff appeared to not want to be there and were very slow and replenishing items.

Enjoyed a very comfortable stay with good food,very convenient to visit Stroud and surrounding area,will Return,it’s unfortunate there is no lift to second floor
