The room as barely okay but dingy and rusty and the beds are right up next to the window so anyone walking or talking outside will wake you up. Then after loading all my things and returning the cart my key would not work. I was locked out for two hours and finally the desk clerk managed to get me in but my key still didn't work so I was a captive. Had to ask to have them change my room. When I checked out the different desk clerk knew nothing about it, showed no concern, and just acted defensively about her position. All I got was half a day deducted from my bill.

This place is a DUMPblankets had cigarette holes in them the sheets had old blood stains Paint was peeling off the walls the place smelled like mildew the air conditioning didn’t work the customer service was nonexistent The guy at the desk he said his name was Lou was nothing but a liar ! It’s a roach infested DUMPI would of been better off sleeping in my car! Board of health needs to investigate this DUMP! My review

The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools.

The front desk staff were kind, pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy but the room walls and floor were in desperate need of care. Paint coming off walls in the bathroom. The baseboards showed the most dirt and scuff marks and unknown extra coverings. I don't know for sure how secure the toilet was to the floor.

The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all because I have a really bad allergies specially of a smoke and I sneezed like 20,00000 times. Unfortunately we checked in around 2:30am so our options weren’t many to look for another place to sleep at that time, but we checked out around 8 ish after taking a shower to try to get the smell out of us. I wanted to bring up as well the floor feels sticky. The kitchen area of the room is updated with new appliances but the bathroom didn’t look that nice. I’m very disappointed.

The room was clean and very comfortable. There was some people that seemed to be living there sitting outside of their apts but no issues. Nice place and reasonable

Check in was friendly and easy. The room was clean but old. The refrigerator was noisy, the cookrop didn’t work. The dishes were dirty. Toilet ran, had to lift yank lid to stop. Shower water was cold. Beds and bedding were worn. Not willing to try that again.

The room was ok except sticky spots on floor that wouldn’t come up. The lady at night was very rude and told my 70 yrs old mother whom asked to use the bathroom to go down the street or wait for her room and had no personality. Little riff raff but overall was good room wise but front office night lady ****** badly

Please do not stay here. It’s a nightmare. Roach infested and not safe. I couldn’t get onto my room due to broken handle. I would have taken pictures but I was scared and left asap. People live there full time and sit on folding chair smoking outside their door. The manager refused a refund and never took call from **********
