The facilities were OK, but the customer service really average. 4 people at reception, only one desk being served. Our presence not even acknowledged or welcome extended and it went downhill from there. On one occasion I rang for room service to order a meal and the response was "oh no... we're not doing that at the moment, you'll have to come to restaurant". This is despite menu still being accessible in the room. Numerous occasions where social niceties and basic courtesy overlooked.
Marked difference from other Pullman hotels in Australia and other hotels throughout Europe visited on this trip.

The room is generally good and quiet. There is a large park next to it, which is worth visiting.
The bar area on the first floor is OK. The service in the restaurant area on the first floor is average.
