Excellent service and beautiful rooms provided a pleasant stay. The friendliness of the staff and clean facilities were impressive, and the location was convenient for transportation, and there were many shops and restaurants nearby, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable trip. I will choose this hotel again next time. I recommend it!

The inside was clean and very comfortable. The toilets and showers are kept clean and soap is always provided. The lobby is comfortable and you can relax after checking in and checking out. One thing, the outlet on the bed I was using was broken.

Some of the staff were very friendly, some were totally moody and unmotivated. Family rooms are large and some are clean. We had a room on the ground floor and since the lobby was right there it was incredibly loud at times due to other guests and because the door constantly slammed when someone walked through. So sleep isn't really restful. A&O hostels in other cities have been better. The clientele of guests in Stuttgart in this hostel is also questionable.
Nevertheless, the beds are generally comfortable and for a short weekend it serves its purpose. Well suited for low budget & easy going people
