The front desk brother is very humorous. The sanitation facilities in the room are quite good, the room is large, but there is no shelf for baking clothes. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

The hotel is located on the edge of a residential area on a driven street. It is located part of a larger business house. Personal is very friendly. Breakfast is very good, the room is clean and attractively furnished. Unfortunately, there are only hangs and no gardens so that early morning sunlight is only when one of the ~6m remote office workers in the same building can look into the room. The sound isolation of the walls is good, the room door unfortunately leaves quite a lot through. Bad when it uses from 6 incisive clips in the morning. Summary: Please for early business travelers.

A cup (to be put on my own) coffee in the room I had been worth, but below were for 1.30 euros (is not too expensive) to get hot drinks. Staff was friendly. Service was good. It was very warm in Stuttgart but, fortunately, there was air conditioning. Quiet room, though you heard the train passing, but not too hard. Cleaning the room should be a little more attention in my view. Everywhere: price quality is good, I'll book it again the next time I go to Stuttgart.

Location: well located, near to shops, malls, restaurants, bars… vibrant area. Room: we had the urban option, spacious, clean, modern, comfortable bed, great shower, sufficient amenities. Front desk service was very helpful. Parking below the hotel was clean, secure and spacious. We didn’t take the breakfast but lots of people were there and it looked good. Will definitely recommend EmiLu hotel to friends and family.

If no major events are taking place in the area, cheap prices and offers are available. The car route to the deep garage is good, but then you need to find the right outlet in the huge deep garage of the shopping centre. The hotel is not central in Stuttgart, but in the foretown, the connection with the S-Bahn (5-10 min walking distance) is also good in the evening. Reception and check-in quickly, polite, uncomplicated. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, and functional, but no luxury. Some rooms on the main street can be quite loud at open windows. On the other hand, you can sleep very quiet. In summer it can also warm in the rooms depending on location and sunlight. The breakfast buffet was always very good, at the moment the choice is significantly restricted by the health situation, but the quality is still acceptable. Whoever is aware of the situation, for whom stay here is worth its price.

We arrived at the hotel around eight o'clock, dropped off our luggage and went down to the restaurant to have a few drinks. The waiter was very friendly.

das ”neue” leonardo ist sehr schön geworden. alles sehr modern und ebenso geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. die zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man erwartet. wir hatten ein zimmer zur straße und (aufgrund der schalldichten fenster) nichts davon gehört; im sommer wird das (bei geöffnetem fenster) sicher anders sein. das bett hatte leider eine durchgehende matratze und (nur eine!) decke; manche mögen das mögen, für uns war das nichts! bad ok, internet-empfang ausreichend. frühstück vielfältig und gut. aus dem benachbarten öffentlichen parkhaus (13 € pro tag) kommt man - trockenen fusses - über den fahrstuhl zur reception. personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. uneingeschränkt emfehlenswert!
