It very clear where to go for baggage collection has taken an hour n half and only just found baggage. Could be coz it’s my first trip here but that’s kind of the point see.

Was too crowded, breakfast area same but I revert to the Lobby floor restaurant and breakfast a la carte was good. Check in/out a bit slow.. To recommend for leasure and family travellers.

There is a noticeable difference in how different guests are treated. I requested to have both rooms on the same floor, but was told the hotel was too full to accommodate this. As a result, I paid an additional fee to upgrade one room. Despite this, the guests in that room only vacated at 4:06 PM, and I didn't receive any call, even though we left our room around 6 PM. When I asked the Reception about this, they claimed they called our room, but no one answered. It's unrealistic to expect someone to stay in their room all day without stepping out, especially since I informed the Reception during check-in that I could be reached on my mobile. It feels like because I didn't pay the full price and only topped up an additional fee, our room was only available when we returned to the hotel at around 10 PM, and no snacks were provided unlike in the fully paid room. I requested a late checkout for just one hour but was told only one room would be granted this privilege. Yet, other guests were allowed to check out as late as 4 PM. There is a clear and significant disparity in the treatment of different guests. Snacks and amenities should be replenished daily, not just provided on the first day at check-in. However, this has not been consistent, as some rooms received these items while others did not.

From check-in to check out... nothing short of perfection. This is truly Asian service... however, please do not take advantage of it and be respectful. I have witness an unfortunate incident where an old white British man speak to one of the staff in a condescending tone, he was loud and was talking down to the staff in the restaurant. It takes a special kind of people to work in customer service and Sunway Resort have them all. This resort is built with children in mind. Thank you!

The kids love the hotel as the service is amazing and the water play area is super amazing too. House keeping is impeccable and timely

Love this hotel so much!! Got direct access to sunway pyramid theme park from hotel swimming pool. The Parking fee was a bit expensive and the hotel covered only 50% from the total parking fees. The room was big with a beautiful pool view.

The location are superb because it just attach with the Sunway Lagoon and it has a VIP access to Sunway Lagoon, no need to queue so long from the main entrance. Sunway Resort are my most favourite kid friendly hotel such as the Level 5 Kid pool and the Level 1 have a kids corner buffet area. The in charge manager in the Level 1 are so helpful and kind to serve some beverage for visitors when waiting the long queue for breakfast buffet. All the staffs such as lobby receptionist, safety guard duty on pool, room cleaner, restaurant waiter and etc are so responsibility. My sons are very enjoy and happy during this 3 days 2 night at there. I’m sure will come back again.

Very well located, and ideal for families with small younger children, as there are many entertainments for them such as the Sunway Lagoon Park and the separate Swimming pool designed for the little ones, the room was clean and the staff were extra friendly

Hotel that is walking distance to shopping mall. Higly recommended.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this time, I specifically booked an upgrade to the Grand Deluxe Room for a total of 5 nights. The location of the hotel is impeccable, and the room space is quite generous. However, considering the nightly rate of over RM800, the value for money is not high. The room facilities and amenities also leave much to be desired. It's surprising that a five-star hotel would only provide two bottles of drinking water and no coffee machine, only offering instant c⁷offee, as well as two tea bags, each of black and green tea. Furthermore, the handwash basin in my room was partially clogged, which resulted in slow drainage. I reported this to both the staff and the receptionist, but it still hadn't been fixed by the time of my check-out. Additionally, the windows in the grand deluxe room are completely sealed, so it's impossible to get any fresh air. When I requested a higher floor upon check-in, they initially assigned me to the eighth floor. However, due to noise from a family with children on the eighth floor and less-than-ideal soundproofing, I needed to change rooms due to a severe cold, their subsequent arrangement of the tenth floor. During my stay, I noticed a trend in which most foreign guests, especially Westerners, were typically assigned to higher floors. I hope this wasn't my sensitivity and that the hotel doesn't discriminate based on different ethnicities, especially given that I paid for my stay!

it was a wonderful staycation.. i would definitely recommend this hotel.
