Passing through Sudbury on our way west, we made it our first night's stop. We love Hampton hotels and we were not disappointed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Right across the road is a Chuck's Roadhouse restaurant and we enjoyed a delicious rib dinner. After a scrumptious breakfast the next morning we were ready to hit the road again.

Amazing stay, my husband has celiac, I am terrified of not having control of what he eats. I brought food for him, but I was thrilled that there were safe options for him. Staff were very helpful, showed me the book with all food content
Carpet in hallways to rooms was a bit scary, it was not tacked down tightly ,I was on crutches and a bit afraid to fall

One disabled parking spot by the door but multiple diamond club member parking spots. Could not get a spot if I tried and saw two others looking too. One disabled parking spot I do not believe is compliant. It’s too bad but I won’t be staying again as I can’t safely get to the front door.

We count on Hampton inns as our go to and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. This hotel needs updating, on the surface it looks good however the mattress was so terrible that both my wife and I woke up in pain. Also there was a hockey team or tournament there the night we were there which didn’t help as kids were running up and down the halls uncontrollably l, I had to eventually to and talk to them, not sure where the parents were. Due this team in there was a party the night before which didn’t not get cleaned up after and for breakfast the area was still very dirty. Finally the air conditioner was so noisy that we could hardly sleep. Sorry to leave such a negative review for what is usually a solid chain but I would avoid this location unless there are some investments to upgrade.
