The room was clean enough in all the important areas, however it was dusty (see photo of coffee pod stand) and I was surprised the furniture was as old and somewhat in disrepair as it was (see dresser drawers). Photos on the website appear to show renovated rooms, which I definitely didn’t receive. This hotel just became a Days Inn in May, after previously being the Northbury so I expected Reno’s and some new furniture in the rooms. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I guess it’s okay for free. Hotel was short staffed when I went to check out, 1 person managing the breakfast area and front desk so I ended up having to phone the front desk (while standing at it) to get someone’s attention. Another guest was so frustrated that no employees were around the front desk to assist with check out that she threw her room key behind the desk in a huff.
