Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Maximilians und sind erneut sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Damen an der Rezeption haben immer einen super Eindruck hinterlassen, alle sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und erkennbar mit Freude bei der Arbeit. Das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis passt. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr sauber, und vor allem total ruhig. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr willkommen und werden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

We had a room in the Villa, was very comfortable and stylishly furnished. It was very peaceful. The only complaint was air con was in the sitting area which was not so helpful at night. Free water in fridge, nespresso coffee maker. Very convenient to walk into town. Parking at hotel garage was very reasonable and it’s even cheaper outside the hotel. Pool indoor was ok not as beautiful as the villa rooms but ok for a decent swim. The hotel is situated by a small lake (large pond) which you can easily walk round in 5-10 minutes. Breakfast from reviews I was expecting it to be amazing. It was reasonably good, nice selection, but same thing every day. The staff were lovely, specially a young lady, who despite the hotel being busy remembered the second day what our hot drinks for breakfast were. I would defintiely recommend. I’m not sure what the rooms are like in the main part, but the newly renovated villa annex is lovely.

The “modern in the old” integrated architecture with the matching interior make this hotel a special stay. Not only the generous and delicious breakfast buffet, but also the hospitable treatment of the staff rounds the whole thing off. Only the cobwebs on the lamps and windows, which have certainly been around for a long time, should be removed at some point. Highly recommended by me, great location and great underground parking too.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes und des Saalbaus. Sehr gut geeignet, wenn man ein Konzert besucht. Das 3 Sterne Hotel besticht durch die Freundlichkeit und Umsichtigkeit des Personals. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück muss besonders erwähnt werden: Hervorragend! Große Auswahl, frisch und wird ständig nachgefüllt durch das umsichtige Personal. Leider waren wir nur für 1 Nacht hier. Es war das erste aber bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Vielen Dank für alles.

Check in was very quick by friendly staff members. Our spa appointments were ready for us as well. We had an upgraded room so there was a separate living room as well as the bedroom. The bath was on the small side. For dinner if you stay in the hotel on a Sunday evening, there is the buffet but you can also have just a main course from the hot items table for a lower price. There is plenty of seating in the dining area and outdoor seating under umbrellas is available, weather permitting. The buffet breakfast is extensive including a wide variety of both hot and cold foods. The spa is lovely and our massages were very nice. There is a large parking structure in the rear of the property and it has many, many electric charging stations. It is quite a distance to get into the hotel and to your room, particularly with luggage. It's an easy walk into town. The staff was excellent at every turn.

Our family group of 6 stayed at the Hampton Inn Kaiserslautern for 9 days for our first trip to Germany. The hotel is exceptionally clean with nice, updated rooms. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything, including a taxi to the train station. The free breakfast and bar offerings earn a 10 out of 10 for deliciousness and value. The hotel is easy walking distance to ATM (5 min), and restaurants-bars-shops (15 min) with easy taxi ride (5-10 min) to train station. We highly recommend and would stay there again!

GGuest UserSince my first visit at the end of 2019, I have been servicely travelling several times in this hotel for night. Now for the first time in private to actually use the many facilities. The rooms were not ready for arrival as expected, so we parked the bag on the reception and started our first walk. In time to coffee and cake at 16:00 we were back. Due to the situation, there are the bread time or the three different cakes this day only by service. We could take the coffee at the full-automate itself. The hotel seems to have been booked. There are also apartments and the adjacent landmarks, as well as the possibility of car parking. Therefore, the parking was full daily and no chance to a place when you came back after a tour. Thus the green stripe had to keep here. The parking space for e-vehicles was blocked by a local without e-vehicle for two days. Breakfast was very good as expected and as I remembered. Only this time I could enjoy it in full length because I had no time pressure. The service was very nice and asked if we were already talked about an egg food. The gloves mentioned here were found under the coffee cup. Unfortunately, the notice leaf with the explanations was missing on the first day. This was not found until the next day on our table, for which the gloves were missing. It is not surprising that one or other guest first moved away without the overlayer. Unfortunately, there is no longer the Nespresso business machine in the forefront that could produce my preferred strong coffee. The offer of cheese varieties, sausage, or S****** and fruit is insufficient. There were even chirries and fresh figs. Many are obtained by regional producers such as fresh seeds and bread or also the confectionery and gelatine as well as honey. The egg food is prepared a la minute with fresh eggs from the nearby poultry farm in front of the guests. For wine tasting we have not managed, perhaps next time. The service at night still differs from the morning staff. We took another wine to us at the end of the day near the reception and felt not really welcome. Maybe it was because most guests were already disappeared at 21:00.

Die Anreise erfolgte am Hotelruhetag. Trotzdem hat sich Frau Simon Zeit für uns genommen alles zu erklären und wirnhatten hier schon das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Unser Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Die Dusche ist, wie in den meisten anderen Hotels, zweckmäßig. Die Duschkabine absolut schimmelfrei, Vielreisende wissen wovon ich rede, auch war das Wasser immer heiß und die Heizung in Betrieb. Das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen und können es wärmsten empfehlen. Der Service sowohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant ist rundum freundlich. Wünsche werden gerne nach Möglichkeiten erfüllt. Abschließend möchte ich noch das angeschlossene Bistro Prima erwähnen das ebenfalls durch einen sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service positiv auffiel. Für uns gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

All quite anonymous, which didn't bother me. I was able to get the key from a box locked with a pin (I was told by phone). First impression was okay. Clean bed and towels, spacious private bathroom. It took forever until warm water came. The heating wasn't that warm either. Breakfast was prepared in the existing refrigerator and there was also a Senseo coffee pad machine. If you look at it a little meticulously, the spiders and webs could be vacuumed away. Windows need to be cleaned. Toilet was clean. Modern furnished. I had room 2 with a view of the inner courtyard. You can park in front of the accommodation. It was ok and I'll definitely come back for one night.
