Best Western Plus Sugar Land/Stafford

Excellent place to stay with my family, very good attention and hotel condition. When I arrived, I asked for a specific floor (at the top) and it was provided with no issues. I had the opportunity to enjoy world cup final game on hotel reception and front desk person adjusted TV to change channel. Excellent experience for my family and me on BW,

This best western plus has improved so much since the last time I was here. It has improved greatly and I honestly love it. I stayed once back in February of 2022 and it was not as good like this last stay I had in November. Back in February there was not many breakfast options. It was pretty mediocre. BUT NOW they have added many things like bacon and better quality sausage pattys. They even added links! Carol (the new manager) even informed me they were going to add a waffle machine and a juice machine. I look forward to seeing that for the next time! The gym is so awesome as well. Everything in that gym is up to date and clean, not smelly or musty like other hotel gyms. The rooms are impeccable. Freezing cold ac, fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. The beds are extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. And Finally I want to thank dale for letting me check in a little early . He is truly awsome and makes you feel like your at home. Now a days you don’t see employees with such a good and positive attitude. Thank you guys and y’all team. Will be seeing y’all soon

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is average and will do. Room has nice amenities (Haida dryer is way underneath sink FYI). Quiet. Would have used pool has I stayed longer. Will stay again.
