Room is extremely small and tight. There is no fridge despite listed as 4 star which is required to keep my mom's medication chilled. Doorman n reception is friendly. While location is near largest mall in Bandung, the walking path is uneven, narrow and dangerous to walk. Would recommend to stay opposite the mall instead if you are looking for convenience to mall.

Every corner is very aesthetic, feels like living in a kingdom.
The environment is clean, the staff are friendly & the service is satisfying.
The menu is delicious & varied.
For additional costs for children's breakfast, the info on the application is 75k/child but at the hotel it is 181.5k/child

It was too dirty. The glass in the bathroom was covered with scale, the chairs were covered with dirt, and there were bacteria and microorganisms.
