Decent place for the money with a comfy room but the place is pretty dated and could use a face lift. The pool looks nice but wasn't very clean or maintained. But for the price it was decent.

Excellent location, walking distance to a lot of the town. Front desk was super helpful and assisted in organising transfers, pickups for tours, etc. The pool was very welcome for the hot afternoons. Rooms are very spacious and have what you need.

Clean accommodation, large bedroom. The bathroom is clean and very large. The owner is lovely and takes great care of customers. The employees smile and give good advice.

Very laid-back environment, large rooms, and a large terrace, suitable for tourists who want to relax. The sofa in the restaurant is nice to sit on, but unfortunately the staff at the counter don't talk much, so I feel embarrassed to sit around. There are many fallen leaves in the small jungle, which maintains the natural ecology and has mosquitoes. It's a short distance from the bus terminal, so you need to take a tuk-tuk or rent a motorbike. The house price is cheaper than in the ancient city. If you take a long-distance bus and rent a local motorcycle, it is recommended.

Highly highly recommended!!! A surprising hotel, with unbeatable personal treatment. Food 10 and room 10. This hotel would deserve at least a fourth star. For us it has been a five-star hotel, both for the treatment and for all the services. The cleanliness of the room was exquisite. The pool area is a very pleasant area. The hotel breathes peace.

The owner is very cute, smiling and giving good advice.

素可泰最好的選擇

This hotel shoud not be allowed to operate in the condition it is. The bathroom had mould, specially on the shower area. There were cob webs in my room. The garden was nothing like depicted in the photos. All of the public area surrounding the garden was full of clutter, including personal stuff, drying racks, plastic bottles, etc etc. The whole place was run down. I know that reviews are impacted by personal expectations and experiences, however I do travel a lot and I do work in tourism and I understand what to expect from a 3* hotel. The internet was not working either. Being a 3* property does not mean it needs to fall short from cleaningness and tidyness. I only stayed at this hotel for one night and checked out despite still having two nights left in my booking. I moved to another hotel in the old town - Old Boutique Hotel - which is also a 3* and the rooms were super clean as well as the whole public area. I am used to stay in 3*, with simple decor and comfortable beds, but Foresto is very far from that. Do yourself a favour and do not stay in Foresto Guesthouse, dont be fooled by the photos which are not a true depiction of the real state of the Foresto Guest House

Charming guesthouse in the heart of Sukhothai. Wonderful and big breakfast served daily. The owners are very nice and also very helpful. Tuk Tuks available just outside the parking area to take you to the Historical Park. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely oasis. They upgraded our room. Very comfortable with a sitting room and the pool right outside. Breakfast was lovely and as we stayed a few days they changed it regularly for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff so helpful and welcoming.

We stayed in the Foresto Guest House and loved the place. Rooms are large and very comfortable with a terrace outside. There's a really nice swimming pool for a welcome dip after a day's sightseeing. The breakfast was really enjoyable and everyone working there is so friendly. We had a minor problem with the bathroom which the manager, Sun, seemed really upset about. He got it fixed quickly then refused to let us pay for the laundry we'd had done as an apology. Nothing is too much truble for him. I highly recommend Foresto for anyone visiting Sukhothai.

I didn’t stay there. My experience was that the owner helped med out a lot when I was in the need of computer and print service. He collected he’s own private computer to the restaurant are and let me use it! A real service minded and kind man. I will surely stay there next time!

Stayed 4 nights. Spacious room with sitting area. Clean and very comfortable mattress. Close to everything but incredibly quiet. Host and staff were attentive and efficient. Let us know about night markets, current transport arrangements and special event for king's birthday. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool. No hesitation in recommending.
