This standard hotel offers a decent value for a private room and private parking, especially if you're traveling by car or motorcycle. However, be prepared for a bit of a workout if you're assigned a room on the third floor, as there's no elevator. The location can feel a bit isolated, particularly if you don't have your own transportation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly and helpful staff make the stay more pleasant. If you're just passing through and need a budget-friendly place to stay with parking, this hotel is a solid choice.

We used the accommodation on the way, we came from Bangkok very early, we saw the temples and at night we took the night bus to Chiang Mai. The staff were super friendly, they helped us a lot and we rented the motorcycle with them which was great for us. The accommodation is very simple but everything is very well maintained and the location in front of the bus station is a luxury. We recommend it
