Sadly we booked the wrong location, same town name but wrong province mistakenly on the app, as it was very confusing in Turkish, so we let the hotel know as soon as possible in the early afternoon so the rooms could be resold, but no consideration or even part refund given. We called the manager on the suggestion of Trip.com to explain but they showed no care or understanding so we lost our money. 3 rooms. Not very hospitable.
