Really loved the stay here. This place gives you the traditional kerala feel. Loved the people here, they were very sweet and welcoming. You also get very tasty food We stayed in the nalukettu. Staying here for the last two days made me feel relaxed. All the instagramers can come here wear their traditional kerala outfit and take a lot of beautiful photos here

This is my third stay at Mintotel in the last 1 year. Very happy to see that they have maintained the property very well. Very courteous and helpful staff too. Modern rooms with good amentities. They now have room service too - which was not there the last time I visited. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Firstly the location was good and the hotel was noticeable in the traffic, no dedicated parking for vehicle, so we had to find our spot. Coming to the room part it was clean, hygienic and with a good ambience. We had opted for breakfast with our stay. The photos attached by the property owner shows buffet but it is an open restaurant with servers. The hotel servers didn't oblige to our orders and kept simply ignoring as if he was paying for our meal. The breakfast part made our stay experience horrible and didn't want to recommend the place to our friends and family.

I travel-led with my parents for a day to wayanad and stayed in a three sharing room. The room was very spacious with a clean toilet. We also had dinner in the ac section and complimentary breakfast the subsequent morning. The food was good, especially the breakfast. The staff was polite and extremely cordial, especially the one at the front desk and at the restaurant. The hotel is located a little away from the town centre but has a couple of decent food places around. A km away from the bus station and autos too are easily available. Overall, value for money and affordable stay with good food and extremely spacious is how i would describe le sapphire. . The stay at le sapphire was quite good. I stayed for a day with my parents and the room was more than spacious for 3 with clean washroom and the food good, especially the complimentary breakfast. The restaurant has a lavish space with an a/c section as well. The hotel is a little away from the town centre with a few good eating places around and the bus station a km away. I recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

Apart from management, everything is too good. Sajith promised for blocking the room for early check-in but he forgot. I reached the hotel at 5:30am but later after lot of request, they provided a room 3 hour later around 8:30am. Until then i was sitting in the reception with all the luggage. However, while checking out they were expecting me to pay early check-in price.

SSightsee63450301415This state run hotel is an average and somewhat run down, but economical place to stay. AC and Non AC rooms are available. There is a restaurant, a garden and ample car parking. The location is remote and it is not possible to walk down into the town. There is very limited choice of food in the restaurant and this needs to be ordered well in advance. We arrived around 2pm and were told that nothing was available. The room was equipped with an air conditioner, a TV and an electric kettle. The attached bath had a geyser but some of the taps were leaky. Complimentary breakfast is provided. There is no bar in the hotel. It can be an economical alternative if coming by your own car, but avoidable otherwise because of the remote location

GGuest UserThe dormitory was good. It easily accommodates a group of up to 15 people. A hot water facility is available. No lift in the building, might be difficult for elders to climb second & third floor. Car parking on the road side no dedicated parking is available.
