Firstly the location was good and the hotel was noticeable in the traffic, no dedicated parking for vehicle, so we had to find our spot. Coming to the room part it was clean, hygienic and with a good ambience. We had opted for breakfast with our stay. The photos attached by the property owner shows buffet but it is an open restaurant with servers. The hotel servers didn't oblige to our orders and kept simply ignoring as if he was paying for our meal. The breakfast part made our stay experience horrible and didn't want to recommend the place to our friends and family.

This state run hotel is an average and somewhat run down, but economical place to stay. AC and Non AC rooms are available. There is a restaurant, a garden and ample car parking. The location is remote and it is not possible to walk down into the town. There is very limited choice of food in the restaurant and this needs to be ordered well in advance. We arrived around 2pm and were told that nothing was available. The room was equipped with an air conditioner, a TV and an electric kettle. The attached bath had a geyser but some of the taps were leaky. Complimentary breakfast is provided. There is no bar in the hotel. It can be an economical alternative if coming by your own car, but avoidable otherwise because of the remote location

This is my third stay at Mintotel in the last 1 year. Very happy to see that they have maintained the property very well. Very courteous and helpful staff too. Modern rooms with good amentities. They now have room service too - which was not there the last time I visited. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The resort is right in the heart of Sulthan Bathery, so makes it very accessible for a stroll or eating at a nearby place, you don't have to use the car unless you are travelling a long distance. The place is simple and quiet yet provides all amenities for a comfortable stay. Haven't tried the restaurant so can't review it. The rooms are spacious, well maintained however, you get a mould smell so possibly the rooms need to be opened regularly. The room furniture looks bit old design but that's OK not a point to crib about. The staff is helpful, and the check in/out process was easy and quick. Parking is sufficient for a mid size property. Swimming pool is neat, and they have a small pool for your little ones. The pool is around 4 ft in depth. The games area needs attention as it was disappointing for an extent. The Carrot board is rough, the table tennis was inclined and the Badminton net was loose.

Really loved the stay here. This place gives you the traditional kerala feel. Loved the people here, they were very sweet and welcoming. You also get very tasty food We stayed in the nalukettu. Staying here for the last two days made me feel relaxed. All the instagramers can come here wear their traditional kerala outfit and take a lot of beautiful photos here
