Traveled to Sumter to visit family. We booked room #225 for our kids and room #226 for us. My husband and I had no issues in room #226. However, there were bed bugs in room #225. My daughter was bitten and had an itchy and uncomfortable weekend. I did appreciate the hotel staff immediately placing the kids in another room. Unfortunately, one of our kids decided to stay in the room with us instead. The front desk promised to have room #225 exterminated. However, the next morning, the room was vacuumed and the linens were changed . That same afternoon, room #225 was booked without it being exterminated . I am a Silver Elite Marriott Bonvoy member. We have never experienced anything like this.

Everything was Normal, breakfast 6/10!!! But the most wear you never find drinking Water inside the hotel ….. do you need buy (Wow)

I am so pleased with my stay. The check-in process was super easy and the room was so clean and I am very happy. I needed to travel alone and had super reservations but was overly please with the room, the cleanliness and the over all travel experience. I will book again next time I come here in the fall.
