Formerly a beautiful hotel with faded charm. Poorly managed. Employees barely understand English.
Large but worn rooms. Tap in bathroom wobbly, dirty all around.
No yogurt or jam at breakfast.
Restaurant catastrophic. 80% of the things ordered were not available. Service extremely slow and incompetent. It took 30 minutes before I was told that there was no Sprite.
The waiter spoke and understood no English and had to get colleagues to communicate twice. Only the cash register worked...

Our room was exceptional - spacious +++ a king sized bed, plus bolsters. Aircon and cable channels were tiptop, only flaw was hair dryer malfunctioned. Reception called to remind on checkout time 👍👍👍.
Breakfast was mostly Indonesian food. Perhaps could include yogurt, savoury pastries or Italian dishes/pizza?
