The hotel provides wholesome breakfast Buffet but need to brush up on cleanliness.
The hotel is old and water system has no strength thus weak water flow.

Please improve for:
1. Super slow wifi. No solution from the hotel. Pay that much, it's better to go to a hotel with guaranteed wifi.
2. No hairdryer, even though we took a suite.
3. The used kettle has not been cleaned and the new kettle looks moldy.
4. Breakfast does not get a table because the guest capacity is not comparable to the table capacity and there are no additional tables from the hotel.
5. The lights are dim and dark. And some of the lights have 1 channel with the AC. So when the lights are turned off, the AC also turns off
Conclusion: old hotel with minor renovations. Not comparable to the price paid, especially because of the wifi problem and no solution from the hotel.

Good hotel location, large room size, clean bathroom, fast and responsive room service, delicious restaurant food. The bed is old, so it's a bit saggy, when I entered the room it was still dusty so I asked to re-vacuum it. The rest is okay..
