Booked a room for my wife and I , confirmation was for 1 person only hence i had to pay for breakfast -

We had an amazing stay at the Palace! The room was fabulous, as were the food and cocktails! Would defintiely stay again!

All really good, best trained staff really gentle in super locations with surrounding true spring green. Really really Afrikaans atmosphere. All type of amenities in faboulous locations. Not too far from Pretoria and other important game parkBest safari games with wails nature all around with special ur monuments and pints with tradinotial Africa history. Paradise.I really hope in coming back soon for very long stay. In the past wash locations for many important movies because no anywhere else can be possible to find such lost city atmosphere and senario. Easy to reach in less of 3 hours drive from Johannesburg Tambo Airport

Receptionists and porters were friendly and welcoming. Great hotel, definitely booking again in the near future.

The Palace is perfect for a family vacation. The service provided by the staff was great and everyone was smiling and eager to help. Our rooms were clean with snacks and drinks provided. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste in their bathroom. The buffet breakfast at the Palace is a good variety and the service during breakfast was amazing. Staying at the palace is an easy walk to all activities Sun City provides and there are always shuttle buses to take you back to where you need to be. I would recommend staying over rather than a day visit to be able to fully explore and have a good nights rest.

The room is not big and the bed is small. If you have booked on trips, you'd better confirm that the travel agency agent booked the room you want. Then the mattress collapsed and I slept very tired. Can hear the noise all night don't know what machine in the hotel is causing it. Bathroom: toilet and shower The bathtub is very small, the hot and cold water is not well adjusted, and the bathrobe is too old. Restaurant: Buffet in the morning and in the evening. There are not many things to accept in the morning. You can sit outside and face the swimming pool to feed the birds. They like to eat grapes. The quality of the buffet at night is very poor and it is not recommended to eat. You can go to the grill room next to you to eat, remember to make an appointment, that location is great for taking pictures, bonfire + dinner. Travel: The hotel has a fixed number of buses to pick you up to the area you want to go to the resort. If you drive by yourself, you can only park your car at the hotel. There is basically no parking space outside and you cannot drive in the park by yourself. Summary: If you come to Sun City, South Africa, this hotel is worth staying, and it is worthy of the 5-star feeling. But don't be too demanding about the food. The overall score is 7.8, which is one of the must-see items when you come to South Africa.

The welcoming from the gate to the reception is on another level. The bed was extremely comfortable, didn't wanna get up, pillows so soft room so spacious, bathroom looks like another room,spacious and very neat, children's bed also so comfortable,there is variety of food during breakfast to choose from.

From driving through lush greenery to entering the gates, surrounded by gardens and cascading waterfalls and fountains, The Palace is a Royal Vibe. Welcome drinks during check-in, friendly faces welcoming us back and then lunch at the newly refurbished Palace Pool Deck and drinks afterwards at Tusk Bar before the evening plans start in all earnest. It genuinely feels like coming home to our second home each time we arrive at this Oasis in the Sun. New menus, refreshing new signature cocktails and proper cuisine with innovative in-room dining sets the scene prior to relaxing at the Royal Spa or at the Pool. It is a privilege to enjoy breakfast in the African bush with piano music, oysters and cocktails and then to lounge in the sun. Friendly staff and professional service all around. We can see that new management is restoring this iconic hotel to its full glory and that regular maintenance is conducted (as it should be at a flag ship and Africa's Legend). Looking forward to our next visit. The Labuschagne's.

The Palace Hotel is a must visit property while visiting Sun City, the view, restaurants and proximity to the entertainment centre makes this property an excellent choice to stay at. Staff were excellent and courteous. It’s becoming of a five star experience.

The Palace is a magical place where everything is larger than life. You feel like you’re in a movie or fairytale with themed decor throughout down to the smallest detail. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the buffet breakfast is abundant with so many choices!

I enjoyed every second at the Palace - every corner is essentially stunning and beautifully designed. My absolute favorite was Robert Brian Phiri on the piano during the mornings. What a breathtaking experience - he is one of the most talented people I have ever met. Elated by his moving of music, still I stand in awe. Thank you!!

The Pianist ,at the prestigious Palace Hotel that exudes luxury ,entertained with the most spectacular ,awe inspiring music .His passion and repertoire of melodies makes our indulgence of the superior quality breakfast menu all the more enjoyable

I was blown away. Staff friendly, helpful and kind. Food divine! My daughter took ill, and the resident paramedics came to attend to her in our room. Last but not least, Robert Phiri, the pianist - gentle soul that makes his piano sing the sweetest songs. Bless you All for an amazing experience
