On our way to visit family vi stopped at Baltic. Got the best stay thanks to Mårten and Anna-Karin in the reception. The breakfast is really really good! They have personalized little things like home-made yam and other stuff that is made with love.

The hotel staff is friendly and seem to be happy working at the hotel. An amazing gym with pretty much any equipment you would need including a sauna. Breakfast has a large spread that was continuously replenished. Great assortments of coffees and teas available 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning.

We had a perfect hotel stay at Hotel Baltic in Sundsvall. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. Big good breakfast. Nothing to complain about except the weather. We stayed in a family room which was great but with a slightly cramped toilet. Otherwise everything great!

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was fabulously spacious and comfortable. Great location within easy walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Disabled access was a little awkward as the entrance was along a long windy corridor with some tight turns but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Breakfast was superb. We loved it. The gym could do with a revamp as it is a little tired and the machines are old.

The receptionist that greeted us was really genuinely pleased to welcome us. The hotel is quirky in a very nice way. The room was comfortable and clean. Good bathroom. We had dinner at the hotel and it was also superb and service excellent.
The only thing I can make a small remark at was the breakfast as the area is rather small and it was a bit of a chaos since everyone came at the same time. The choice of food at the breakfast was, however, very good.
