This is my second stay at this hotel.The second stay was not satisfactory. This hotel requires an RM200 deposit at check-in. Don't do business until you trust the guests. When I entered the toilet room, it was damp from the leaky toilet tap. I called to request an extra towel to wipe off the excess water. When he arrived to deliver the tower, housekeeping was quite uncivilised. He rang the doorbell many times. He is not well-versed in communicating with hotel guests. Hotel management must send employees for training on how to interact with hotel visitors. For the next conference in Sungai Petani, I'll stay at the hotel next door. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel consider the best hotel in sp. One thing not good is when Booking in trip.com no including breakfast. We need to buy on the spot, the hotel breakfast is good if compared to swiss avenue but location is a bit far. In conclusion, we highly recommend if you look for good quality room and breakfast ignoring the location.
