Good experience for stay Affordable for the facilities provided Clean hotel and good bath tub 😁😁

when I checked in there were no staff to assist to push the trolley (few bags and hanging clothes for me and my wife). I was told by the reception there were no staff at afternoon shift?? hotel location were just nice but there were no walking distance halal food nearby, except KFC and Nasi Kandar Pelita (which pretty small). Room was nice considering is an old hotel.

Very good idea to stay in SP with emerald puteri. All the staff are really friendly and welcome me. Nice to stay longer next trip

All the workers are so welcoming. Always smile 🥰 easy to park, provide meal for Suhoor 🥰 definitely will come again. Thank you for the great service 🫡

Nice and spacious room.Good location as well.

Swimming pool dirty and unkeep, parking limited. Service is good and customer service polite. There is no cafe open inside hotel.
