All the staff were very kind. The room was small, but it was well cleaned and there were no problems. There is no elevator in the building. When I arrived, the receptionist carried my luggage up to the room, but I had to take it down by myself when I left.
The location is very bad, so you have to arrange a taxi early in advance to get to your next destination. I left here on a Sunday, and there was no taxi, and no Grab. The receptionist asked a friend to take me there (for a fee, of course), but it was very expensive.

Our stay here was pretty decent overall. The room was impressively clean and well-maintained. Customer service was alright, the staff was friendly enough.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, especially the toilet area.
Getting there was a breeze. The location is easy to find, and parking was hassle-free. Just a heads up, though: there's no elevator, but since it's just one floor, taking the stairs wasn't a big deal.

Clean & very satisfied. Just my neighbors at front room making noise at night they turn the hotel room to clubbing i think.
