check in very bad experience with one old lady, she talk very rude. place near to one big mall, easy to buy thing. near to Hospital pantai Sg petani less than 15min

Check in was smooth,the staff at front desk counter was welcoming and smile..everything was working fine and acceptable..the mattress just fine and i able to sleep well..the issue here is just that the floor looks like it wasnt even sweep and mop for a long time..just when i step barefoot in the room,my sole instantly become black due to dirt and dust from the floor....water pressure from the bidet also slow ..

Very bad staff. Security has been rude to me. And the toilet very bad smell.

Brutally honest review from me. I'm not saying this hotel is bad but it just that I felt unsatisfied with what I got. I requested room with window but didn't get. It was fine . No issue. What bothered me was , the room that we got, it was quite small and not really enough space for muslims to pray comfortably. Tv not really working. For the toilet, had to flush 2-3 times. The room's cleanliness was not really ok. But overall , I would say my experience here .. ok lah . Not great. But ok :)

Very bad. In the picture the room looks beautiful. The front of the room is bad. Wall paper is torn. Dull room condition. Never wash the room? First and last hotel. There will be no trace. OYO Hotel is much better than this hotel. Worst experience.

The room is far from the back building, the room smells bad

The location is at the back of the shop house, the atmosphere is gloomy and dangerous. Vehicle safety is not guaranteed. The walls of the room are dirty, the head of the bed is ready with 3D stickers like patterns 🤣. Water heater sounds like a dock in a factory. The stairs in the danger room are broken. The receptionist is friendly but a bit rude 🤣
