Just returned from a 2 week stay here. Cleanliness is outstanding. Beds very comfy. Balcony and views wonderful. Location excellent, Quiet and peaceful, a short walk to get to the hustle and bustle of sunny beach which wasnt for us. However many restaurants closing down second week of Sept so limited options for eating out. So why only 3 stars? ..we were there for the last 2 weeks of the season for this hotel and it was literally closing down around us with less and less on offer each day..including friendliness and courtesy from some staff. We were made to feel like an inconvenience. Such a pity because other than that this small hotel is / could feel like an oasis. Message to management, please work on customer service and give ALL paying guests what they have paid for - facilities and food options until the end of season. We were b and b , on 1 night we wanted to order a desert and told no...what they had left was for the HB guests. Bar closed before 10..on last night we were told no food left and kitchen had closed at 7pm. Basics for food and drink should have been available eg. Condiments, burger buns, bottles of wine, popular spirits..but they ran out and didn't replace them. If it wasn't frustrating it would be funny- 1 day we asked what pizzas they had and were told Margerita or Fungi, but they had no mushrooms for the fungi!! It's such a shame that they let themselves down, with some small amendments, attention to detail and respect for all paying customers this could have been 5 star review

Just returned from another fantastic stay at this hotel. Had an apartment which was huge. We arrived at 2am and asked if we could have some bottle water and milk for when we arrived. It was there. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Room cleaned everyday. Was lovely seeing everyone again. Can't wait to return. Thank you to everyone

Love this small hotel, the staff are very friendly, our room which was a one bedroom apartment was large and clean . Breakfast was pretty good and replenished regularly. We used the little train to go to the main ***** but you do feel all the bumps on the way , it was 6 levs each way and runs till about 10ish . Be aware of the taxis in the town they do charge 40 levs to take you back to the hotel but we refused to pay that amount, so went with another company which is down one of the side roads and it was 30 levs . I will definitely go back next year as you have the best of both hotel and pool plus beach it’s great ❤️

Just back from this hotel after 2 lovely relaxing weeks in glorious sunshine. This hotel is just what we wanted, small, (40) rooms, right at the beach front and lovely pool with enough sunbeds. The breakfast is standard in all hotels in Sunny beach but it was fine for us. The restaurant served some lovely meals as we had both lunch and dinner there several times and was never disappointed. Rooms kept clean and beds and towels changed regularly also the lady looking after the outside area never stopped, watering plants emptying bins sweeping, she worked with a smile for everyone while she done her duties, a lovely lady. We are already booked for next year and looking forward to returning.

Kiva pieni ja rauhallinen hotelli, mukava henkilökunta. Mutta en suosittele maksamaan puolihoidosta! Ostimme siis puolihoidon, minkä mainostettiin olevan buffet. Kolmena ensimmäisenä päivänä jouduimme kuitenkin valitsemaan joka päivälle kahdesta vaihtoehdosta, mitä haluamme syödä. Mikään ei ollut hyvä vaihtoehto, kaikessa esim. sieniä, mitä emme syö ollenkaan. Neljäntenä päivänä, eli lauantaina, oli ensimmäinen buffet. MIKÄ SISÄLSI JÄMÄT KAIKESTA, MITÄ OLI TARJOTTU NIINÄ KOLMENA ENSIMMÄISENÄ PÄIVÄNÄ!!! Periaatteessa söin viikon pelkkää kurkkua dippikastikkeella. Puolihoidon hinnalla olisimme syöneet paljon paremman illallisen joka päivä jossain muualla. Hotelli sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä Synny Beachin rantakadun toisesta reunasta. Mainio sijainti. Huone oli ok. Sängyssä vain joustinpatja ilman petauspatjaa, joten nukut epämukavasti suoraan jousien päällä. Suihku oli kamala. Neat small and quiet hotel, nice staff. But I don't recommend paying for the half board! We bought the half board, which was advertised as a buffet. For the first three days, however, we had to choose what we wanted to eat each day from two options. Nothing was a good option, in everything, e.g. mushrooms, which we don't eat at all. On the fourth day, Saturday, was the first buffet. WHICH CONTAINED LEFTOVERS OF EVERYTHING THAT HAD BEEN OFFERED THE FIRST THREE DAYS!!! Basically, I ate only cucumber with dipping sauce for a week. For the price of the half board, we would have had a much better dinner every day somewhere else. The hotel is located a few steps away from the other corner of Sunny Beach promenade. Great location. The room was ok. The bed only has a spring mattress without a mattress topper, so you sleep uncomfortably directly on top of the springs. The shower was horrible.

Wasn't too sure if I would review this hotel , in case it attracts too many people, haha, but this little hotel is outstanding ,clean and modern ,with friendly staff , who are very helpful, sea views are breathtaking , with absolutely no problems getting a sun bed , which is a big plus ,pool bar and restaurant has everything you would want and very competitive with prices, breakfast is varied and fresh . Four of us are here now, and we're so glad we have another week to go because we're having a ball watching Scotland in the Euros as well ! This is the very quiet end of sunny beach but the wee bus train takes you in to centre if you so wish , Blue Bay is definitely a hotel other hotels should aspire to be like because it's run perfectly.

Our second stay at blue bay our first visit was July and enjoyed it that much we went back 8 week later .lovely Hotel .All the staff are lovely.But a special mention to the excellent cleaning staff who do an amazing job. I would also like to thank Pepe and Antonia for all their hard work ,nothing was to much trouble..We had a lovely room with a large balcony.The hotel is in a quiet area of sunny beach but a short walk to bars and restaurant's. .

We are just back following a two week stay at Blue Bay Hotel. A perfect hotel in a great location. Very clean with a great pool area and pool bar. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Its 5* plus from us.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blue bay, sunny beach. Location is amazing , 2 mins from beach. Hotel, pool areas, restaurant and rooms are really clean. Ivelina the hotel manager is lovely and engages with guests, her whole team work really hard to ensure guests receive a great experience, we will definitely be returning.
