It was the worst stay of my life in Nesebar, Bulgaria at Palazzo Hotel, worst service, aggressive people, bad administration, no one, don't go to this hotel one of my friend has been injured by one of palazzos staff,

First of all, the hotel should not be described as a family hotel, because school camps are also held there, which means that a peaceful family stay can be disturbed by about 100 kids running around, jumping into the pool, taking over sunbeds and tables in the restaurant, making a mess and rummaging in dishes. Second, the hotel definitely has a problem with cleanliness - our room wasn't cleaned for two weeks, sheets were only changed once during our stay, the sunbeds and plastic tables by the pool are filthy - I've never seen anyone clean them. Also the water in the pools was very dirty, our bathing suits turned green due to algae and he wasn't; after a few days, the water was changed and some chemistry was added, thanks to which the situation (at least in one pool) improved. No one uses the paddling pool as it is right by the door leading to the shop and is also very dirty. There is also a problem with the air conditioning - the device is installed in the "living room", and because it is not very efficient and the room is large, it is not able to cool the entire apartment properly. The only plus point of the hotel is its location - it is located between Sunny Beach and Nessebar, so the place is not too busy and you can get to the city center or Old Nessebar in about 30 minutes.
