Lejlighed var i orden, men det var for dårligt, at der som minimum ikke var et eller 2 viskestykker og klude til at tørre køkkenredskaberne af. Der var for lidt service (bestik, glas, tallerkener, krus). Ikke særlig god standard for et 5-stjernet hotel. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig og ens uden variation og udendørs pool var for lille. Man kunne heller ikke få solvogn, hvis man ikke kom tidligt. Mange tjenere på hotellets restaurant fremstod ligeglade og var ikke imødekommende.

Good location, room was big, helpful staff. Spa and sauna a bit crap, breakfast was average.
Should stop people leaving towels on deckchairs all day.

Allereerst heb ik niks aan te merken over het hotel maar over de Spa en Beauty dat gevestigd is in het hotel. Ik wil graag mijn/onze ervaring delen. De spa-ervaring was een nachtmerrie, het was totaal niet naar wens, vooral door het ongevraagd betreden van de kamer tijdens een behandeling. Mannen (personeel) kwamen de kamer meerdere keren binnen tijdens de hamam en massage behandeling, wat het erg ongemakkelijk maakte. Het gedwongen uitdoen van ondergoed voor een behandeling, vooral onder dreiging van agressief gedrag van het personeel is onacceptabel. Het personeel leek geen respect te tonen voor onze grenzen, en zelfs de manager reageerde onprofessioneel. Er werd ook geen excuses aangeboden, en wij voelde ons niet op onze gemak. We voelde ons niet veilig of gerespecteerd, wat onze vakantie-ervaring verder verpestte. Als het personeel zich op deze manier gedraagt, is dat niet alleen een grote inbreuk op je privacy, maar ook een vorm van ongepast en onprofessioneel gedrag. Het schreeuwen tegen gasten, terwijl ze zich ongemakkelijk en kwetsbaar voelen, maakt de situatie alleen maar erger. Dit soort ervaringen zouden niet tolereren mogen worden in welk hotel of spa dan ook. (Hotel Galleon Residence personeel), zelfde Spa center ( Spa & Beauty) als in hotel Diamant Residence.

CONS-- Arrival was after dark. Should have been side sea view room ( SEE PHOTO ). When pointed out to reception next morning, the reception manager said it was the correct room. Eventually the manager,who was a rude argumentative, and not customer focused lady, offered compensation. Why offer compensation if it was the correct room? Breakfast was a very poor selection. Hot food was cold. (SEE PHOTOS). Bedding - duvet and pillow quality was ONE STAR. PROS-- Other than Reception Manager Lady, who was awful, the other staff were excellent. They should all find another hotel to work in.

Проверяйте заказ, могут и обмануть. Номера скорей всего через один нормальные. Нам повезло меньше, дверь душевой кабинки все время слетала, починить не смогли сославшись на отсутствие запчастей. Шторы были в ужасном состоянии, в таком же состоянии был раскладной диван.

Op het hotel heb ik niets aan te merken. Wel wil ik graag iets kwijt over de Spa & Beauty wat in het hotel gevestigd is. Dit is een extern bedrijf wat in het hotel zit. Hele nare ervaring meegemaakt. Voor vrouwen die respect willen tijdens een hamambehandeling maak aub geen gebruik van Spa/massages. Er komen gewoon mannen de kamer binnen waar je half naakt ligt! Als je aangeeft dat je dat niet wil of moeite daarmee hebt hebben ze lak aan! Niet eens een excuses kunnen ze aanbieden (hotel Galleon Residence personeel) een of ander neppe opgepompte manager die niet eens naar behoren kan praten. Vergeten zijn naam te nemen anders had ik die sws hier gedropt. Wij aangegeven dat dit niet kan dat dit niet gepast is. Enige wat ze konden doen is erom lachen! Daar drama gemaakt. Het ging er niet om om geld terug te krijgen maar wel de boodschap door te geven dat zij als man zijnde niet zomaar een kamer kunnen betreden waar vrouwen liggen zonder toestemming. Degene die de massages etc. uitvoeren zijn vrouwen, daar hoeft geen man bij te zijn. Achteraf hadden we eigenlijk gewoon weg moeten gaan maar op het moment zelf denk je ***? SPA & BEAUTY worthless

Wybralismy z rodzina ten hotel ze wzgledu na 5*. Niestyty jestesmy zawiedzieni obsluga hotelowa oraz jakoscia pokoi. Wycieczke wykupilismy z biura exim i niestety chyba dlatego dostalismy bardzo slaby pokoj bo goscie “z miasta” zapewne dostawali lepsze. W pokoju ktory dostalismy pierwszego dnia byla zepsuta klimatyzacja, bylo bardzo slabo posprzatane (np. Wypalcowana sciana nad lozkiem w pudrze) a co najgorsze smierdzialo w nim zgnila kapusta (pokoj 301 warto zapamietac). Po interwencji klimatyzacje naprawiono a pokoj posprzatano ale niestety malo dokladnie bo brud na scianach i smrod pozostaly. Po kolejnych interwencjach pokoj wymieniono nam dopiero po 2 dniach tlumaczac sie brakiem miejsc. Niestety obsluga hotelowa zachowywala sie malo profesjonalnie gdzie przychodzilismy przepraszalismy za kolejne uwagi do jakosci uslugi. Niestety finalnie nie uslyszelismy nawet sorry for inconvinience :/ dlatego tez obsluge sprzatajaca i recepcje oceniam najnizej. Jesli chodzi o resteuracje hotelowa to bardzo dobre jedzenie tutaj nie mam zastrzezen. Lokalizacja hotelu tez bardzo dobra. Ogolnie polecam wybrac inny hotel w poblizu no Hotel Karolina ta sama cena a moze obsluga i jakosc pokoi lepsza. Dla referencji zalaczam pare zdjec jak wyglada 5* w galeonie, moim zdaniem to raczej 2-3 gwiazdki :/

Can not recommend this hotel and area enough. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food in the restaurant lovely, tasty and so cheap! Room was amazing, had a large balcony overlooking the pool. Situated within walking distance of everything you could want. Absolutely can not wait to return.
