The hotel was barely passable. We had to beg the staff to drop clean towels and coffee pods for the Keurig machine every morning. Despite requesting multiple times, they only cleaned our bathroom on the first night of our 4 day stay. The facilities are basic: there’s a restaurant and bar, pool, jacuzzi and workable fitness room. We were mostly shopping in Sawgrass Mills Mall for most of the day, so we barely spent time in the hotel. That was probably for the best. The staff, except for Khari, seemed like they didn’t want to do their jobs. They weren’t that pleasant or helpful at all. The standard at Hilton DoubleTree has fallen. Would not recommended this hotel to anyone for any reason.

Staff was nice, proximity to the beach was great, lots of stuff close by. Room was small and you could hear everything going on outside the room. We came back one day to a bunch of propane tanks outside the room across from us. They said they were drying out water damage. Didn't seem safe at all.
