位置很好，靠近駱馬湖，導航過去，停車很方便。房間很大，視野開闊，前台小姐姐服務熱情專業，早餐也很豐盛，鹼水麪包和手磨咖啡可以，下次再來宿遷的話還會選擇這家酒店

這裏房間很舒適，視野好。服務員禮貌，熱情，周到，都會主動為客人叫電梯並指路；前台的小苗姑娘瞭解到我先生腰部有傷，主動為他更換了硬一點的床墊；大堂副理會熱情介紹風土人情，為客人規劃合理，便捷的遊覽路線。
早餐品種豐富多樣，推薦這裏自製的酸奶，甘甜可口。三樓的零點餐廳菜品比較精緻，服務貼心，服務員會主動提示菜量比較大，點多了吃不了；菱角雞頭米炒藕帶清淡香甜，不能不嘗；餐廳還有經濟實惠的蓋飯和麪條等等。這裏提供免費的下午茶，咖啡吧環境優雅。晚上有免費的小點心和牛奶，真是貼心的服務。
如果有空閑，可以到這裏的健身房體驗一下，還有乒乓球室和恆温游泳池，都是好去處。

酒店是寵物友好酒店這點很棒可以帶上家裡的寶貝了，套房很大但是主卧是個雙床要是大床就好了，游泳池也很大，晚上去游泳幾乎沒有人，適合新手小白！早餐較為豐盛，贈送了果盤點的送餐也很快，衞生沒有什麼死角，後面走的時候落東西了，前台也及時協助處理！超讚！
