Overall, it was a good experience Pros: location, kids-friendly facilities, wifi connection, the room size is big and soundproof (thanks to the thick wall), various options on tv channels Cons: wear and tear on the rooms' wood floor make it look dirty, the temperature inside the fitness area was warmer than outside (not sure if it was supposed to be like that), some toys in the kids club were broken

The awesome location, my towel never cameback after laundry. The front desk woman is quite polite, difficulties check in for my son as we came from different location. What a pity they dont call me to make sure that the person is my son but overall is good.

This is for second time i was stayed at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya, first for business trip and second for Family Trip. We enjoyed stay at Harris Hotel especially at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya (New Generation of Harris Hotel). Great hospitality and friendly staff. The Room also simply with modern furniture. And have many varian menu of breakfast. Thankyou so much for Mr. Irvan who arrange our room with slice cake for birthday my wife. And also we love water melon juice. Thankyou, hopefully we can stay at Harris Bundaran Satelit for the next stay to Surabaya.
