This is a very good hotel in Surabaya, good location in the downtown, good services, and excellent breakfast with many choices. And it is only one-hour drive to the airport. I would recommend this hotel.

average hotel, too old now, pool small and old as well. overall not worth the money. people very friendly, but thats it.

Service was perfect , from the concierge to the chef to the operation . Always love their breakfast . Would be happy to be back again .

Overall, the facilities and service are good. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They offer a wide range of breakfast choices. I will definitely stay here next time. The hotel upgraded me to a better room, I am very glad.

Nice hotel. Overall experience is great! Check in was fast Room well maintained and clean. Very luxurious pool available but to bad on the day we stayed they have birthday event next to the swimming pool so very noisy and not comfortable. A great place for business or leisure stay as the hotel in the city center of Surabaya next to big Shopping Mall International style breakfast offers plenty of food selection. Chef are well trained. Indonesian specialties are a must try Room cleaner staff and the door man very helpful and well trained I would highly recommend this hotel if your visiting Surabaya Indonesia

Everything is just superb. Very lovely, the amenities are well and I feel very relaxed and satisfied stay at this hotel. Definitely will come back

One of the best luxury Hotel in Surabaya City.. closed with Tinjungan plaza, one of the biggest Shopping Mall in Surabaya.

Pillows were very flat and causes neck strain Soap provided causes skin to be dry , doesn’t smell great, glides off skin during wash and the packaging of it was annoying as they are in the small little squeeze disposable bottle Location was okay . Can take shuttle bus provided to hotel to Tunjungan. But apart from those , the staff were really friendly and helpful .

Service was perfect, they are really welcome us, the breakfast was excellent, the Chef Endra , Arsat, Indah, and others are so friendly and helpful, it’s really like at home I stayed from 13-24th August And definitely we will back here next year

Had the most wonderful stay at JW Marriot! Though dated, the hotel's upkeep and cleanliness was impeccable; most outstanding of all was the professional yet friendly service throughout our stay. From the doorman and security personnel to the cleaners and waiters, everyone had big smiles on their faces, radiating genuine kindness :) We were served by Deny and Wachid during breakfast, who gave us valuable info about Surabaya and it's sights + cuisines. Will 100% recommend staying at JW Marriot!
