45 mins away from the airport. Good location to attend dinner at nearby Chinese restaurant.
Most importantly, the service is very good and helpful staff.

Love this Hotel. I always return to this hotel. Location is very convenient and the workers there are all soo friendly.

Overall I am Happy staying with Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya. The hotel clean and Nice .
All staff very polite and assisted my queries efficiently.
Some of the food is little salty to me , I not Sure If the culture here ,maybe to them is normal. However overall the food is good. Further more the room is very confortable . Location was great , easy to take grab to many place too. The grab was so cheap as well. Make Sure if you book grab from AirPort to hotel must see carefully the address as i choose wrong address is Harris hotel too but in different location.
If you wish to Iron your cloth better to bring own travel Iron. Coz the Iron in the hotel not much ,you have to wait other person refurn the Iron in order to use it. We request since the day before (evening time) , didnt get the Iron . Need to request again in the morning in order to get the iron. Waste time . If i knew will bring own travel iron instead .
