Excellent service I would recommend pax to choose The Westin for the service and quality. Food and service at club lounge was amazing, the staff are so well trained with politeness and respect. We had a perfect stay.

A super convenient new hotel in west Surabaya that connects directly to the Pakuwon Mall. It is clean and full of amenities including kids pool, kids play area, bath tub, welcome drink, full spread international breakfast, and fitness centre.
The service is impeccable and the staff are friendly. Even though the hotel seems to be very crowded, the breakfast place is spacious and is able to accommodate everyone without being overly squeezy.
Overall the stay is enjoyable and we will definitely come back.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The best part is the staff. They were all sincere and very friendly. There were some hiccups with noise in the room (we later realised that the hotel roomsβ noise isulation is not strong), but staff tried their best to assist. Thank you to all the wonderful staff! They more than made up for any lapse.

Staying at The Westin Surabaya was truly a pleasant experience.
The Westin is located in a prime location, connected to one of the largest malls in all of Indonesia.
The rooms are very modern and comfortable, the staff service is very good, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is very delicious (the best in the city of Surabaya).

Westin Hotel overall is a very good hotel. Especially on their hospitality and excellent attitude starting from front desk, Chef, staff at the restaurant and housekeeping. All are well trained and polite. Keep up your good work. Our family enjoy to stay in your hotel becauase we feel welcomed.

Stayed for my brother birthday, they are very accommodating in term of fulfilling our request. They granted us early check in, decorate the room, and also give us free birthday cake π room was spacious, located directly on top of the biggest mall in Surabaya, and huge parking lot.

5 stars hotel in pakuwon mall. Lobby in 28th floor. Great breakfast and hospitality. Excellent location for meeting n shopping. Sharing swimming pool and gym with four points of sheraton hotel.
