Very nice hotel but not ideal location on very busy road. Breakfast ok. Other meals and drinks very expensive. Good gym ok pool. Didn’t really feel the full 5star experience. No robes. A bit stingy with waters and coffee always wanting you to spend more. Staff very friendly and great security though

very comfy, i booked for deluxe but there were no room available so my room was upgraded, thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful. breakfast was good and quite lots of choices (western and indonesian) from pancakes, indonesian traditional food, and chinese food like fried rice etc. room was clean but can be cleaner (i found few little insects but that was actually fine for me. overall very recommended and the hotel is located in the center of the city so this one is a plus! 🤩

What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Stayed one night in deluxe room. The room is big with a comfy big bed and great view to the river from the 11th floor. A hot shower, a separate sink in the room, a fridge, a desk to work, and a microwave. Curtains could be washed more to have a better view but i understand that is very difficult to take them away because the ceiling is pretty high. There is a swimming pool in the hotel also.

I know this hotel is quite old but classic and and worth the price. The room is very wide, i like that so much. Bcause nowdays all new hotels is just standart and to small like studio type. This hotel is family friendly, because of the wide room, and al the facility that all we needed. Not that high but the view from the room is still good. Surabayaaaa what else you can see than cityview? Haha. Anyway, very recommended for those who like wide room and near from mall, foodcenter, and all you need.

This facility provides good value for your money; if you just need a place to sleep and rest then this is definitely a good pick. It also has a huge parking area and is beside a coffee shop and a laundromat. It is a mid-rise walk-up; did not notice any elevator, we practically went up and down the stairs the whole time we were there. The walls were kinda thin. I can practically hear the TV from the other room. One sore point of improvement is their cleanliness. Yes the room looks clean, but when you look at the duvet and the bed sheets. Man, it still has some yellowish stains on it. And another uncontrollable thing is that it is located in an area with plenty of mosques. So the prayers can be quite noisy if you are not used to it. Some earplugs can remedy that though.

Even you only need a night to stay with cheap or budget price, it's not recommended. The room is small, the exhaust fan didn't work properly so the air inside the room smell stuffy. When I found out the room condition and ask the receptionist to change the better room, they said it was full. I highly doubt it. So I immediately cancel myself to stay there and move to other more reliable hotel, with worth of valued and stay.
