The facilities at the hotel are top-notch! The pool area is a beautiful oasis – a perfect place to relax. I also enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped for a good workout. But the real highlight for me was the spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the environment was serene, providing the perfect escape after a busy day. Dining at Shangri-La Surabaya was an absolute delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. Each meal was a treat for the taste buds, with attentive staff making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping centers, making it easy to explore Surabaya. However, the hotel itself is so luxurious that you may not even want to leave! Overall, my stay at Shangri-La Surabaya was exceptional. My 2nd time staying here and always satisfied with the warm service!! The receptionist was really helpful and nice. I love their modern and clean look, the room is super spacious! If your’re a breakfast buffet lover you must love their breakfast! 😍 Definitely worth ittt

Frie day staff, convenient to the mall. Well appointed rooms although sound proofingnqith neighbouringneoom can be improved. Couldn't talk normally in the room due complain by an extremely sensitive neighbouring room guest. I could hear him especially his closing and opening of doors but he had to complain about my normal volume discussion in the room.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Great Diponegoro Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I stayed for a week and did not have a single bad experience during my stay. My absolute favorite is the Teh Pucuk refill after every cleaning service haha love it. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

45 mins away from the airport. Good location to attend dinner at nearby Chinese restaurant. Most importantly, the service is very good and helpful staff.

It's very crowded hotel. Meaning it's a good property with busy traffic. Yet the overwhelmed staff were able to maintain their professionalism and lovely service I usually gets, despite of my bad timing arriving with inactive (broken) elevators and fully booked meeting rooms and restaurants traffic, making the waiting time for elevator and moving around the property was somewhat... troublesome, to say the least. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend.

Room was huge the tv was all in Indonesian and had an a.i voice assistant that we couldn't turn off otherwise it was good choosing what we like the bathroom was amazing and the personal art work message to my good wife welcome ☺ breakfast was ok situated in a American looking cafe staff are super professional there was an iron and ironing board microwave fridge plates etc i didn't see one bug insect in the entire room but was dust in some places ac was ok too my elderly mother inlaw was actually loving it a shower ware she could sit the place has elevator family friendly space could do with a steam room or gym they have the space

Not Bad, but really need improvement the Service Quality and food Quality. The foor Quality was very poor, this Hotel food, not worth for the Five Star Hotel.

Super nice hotel in city center. Excellent location and helpful staffs make this an ideal place to stay in Surabaya. There are many food stalls and restaurants around hotel and a club nearby. Young lady working in night shift is cute and enthusiastic. Breakfast is delicious.

The Hotek was well located behind Tungunan Mall. About 5-7mins walk. Opp is a nice coffee place and there’s also a foodcourt at hotel lobby. Room started to age but aircon is cold thou. Good pricing
