Hotel Raj Surat

Property is located rightly nearby railway station but the faciity and upkeep is super poor, i had to call the housekeeping to clean everything, never opt for non refundable payment, as i could not skip the hotel was bound to stay in. The hotel next to it far better, they have no restaurant, only room service and you dont know from where that food is coming. The owner failed to offer early checkin. The charges are similar to any 3star hotel 2000plus and service extremely poor, no shaving kit, toothpaste etc. Given.

Always stayed there whenever i travel for business. The location is very good and accessible to surat business districts

as per cost the hotel room was not good holes on bedsheets no set top for tv bathroom was look like public toilet all taps leaking n broken no bathroom accessories only one soap n shampoo pouch provided no mineral water given 1st day.water given in jar. i had never seen such worst hotel where make my trip people are recommended. nearby hotels were far cheap n clean where you charged for one day they provided @only. over loss of money

The ambiance was superb at the entrance and the sun entering into the room at early mornings was stunning with good ventilation🤩, the hotel staff is very kind and friendly over all the services are very good well maintained

Room service highly disciplined, dedicated. Neat and clean rooms. Reception was very friendly and cooperative. Happy stay

Hotel raj is a working destination to station and officers the hotel room is big size and neet and clean
